AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH, PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS IN RELATION TO SUBDIVISION, AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF SUCH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS

WHEREAS the planning commission has prepared and recommended such an ordinance, after public notice and hearing as required; therefore:

BE IT ORDAINED by the city council of the City of Virginia Beach pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia, 1950, Title 15.2, Chapter 22, and for purposes set forth therein:
