§ 3.1. Preapplication conference.

Before filing application for approval of a plat, the subdivider may confer with the planning department and such other agencies of the city as he or the department deems advisable concerning the general proposal. Such action does not require formal application, fees or filing of a plat, and is not to be construed as application for approval of a plat in computing time limitations in relation thereto.
