§ 8.2. Permit and inspection fees.

At the time of installation of improvements, permit and inspection fees shall be as generally provided for permits and inspections specified in other ordinances of the city. ^[8] For permits and inspections not elsewhere specified, or for reinspection made necessary by failure to pass earlier inspections, fees shall be based on costs, as determined by the agency involved, and shall be payable within thirty (30) days from billing. Failure to pay within the period stipulated may be penal

ized by a stop-work order or such other action as seems warranted in the circumstances of the case.
