§ 10.1. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each lot or parcel of land subdivided, transferred or sold without compliance with the terms hereof and shall be required to comply with all provisions of the Subdivision Regulations. The description of such lot or parcel by metes and bounds in the instrument of transfer or other document used in the process of selling or transferring shall not exempt the transaction from such penalties or from other lawful remedies.
