§ 7A. Permit and inspection fees.

7A.1.

Permit and inspection fees shall be as generally provided for permits and inspections specified in other ordinances of the city. ^[6] For permits and inspections not elsewhere specified, fees shall be based on cost, and shall be payable, as determined by the agency involved, and shall be payable within thirty (30) days of billing. Failure to pay within the period stipulated may be penalized by imposition of a stop-work order, withholding of occupancy permits or such other actions as is deemed warranted in the circumstances of the case.
