§ 1-10. Applicability of technical criteria for regulated land disturbing activities.

Except as grandfathered in accordance with the provisions of section 1-20, sections 1-10 through 1-19 establish the minimum technical criteria for regulated land-disturbing activities that shall be employed to protect the quality and quantity of state water from the potential harm of unmanaged stormwater runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities.
