§ 1-2. Stormwater management program established.

Pursuant to § 62.1-44.15:27 of the Code of Virginia, the City of Virginia Beach hereby establishes a Virginia stormwater management program for land-disturbing activities and adopts the applicable Regulations that specify standards and specifications for VSMPs promulgated by the State Board for the purposes set out in Section 1-1 of this Ordinance. The City Council of the City of Virginia Beach hereby designates the City Manager, or his designee(s), as the Administrator of the Virginia stormwater management program.
