Appendix H. STORM SEWER SYSTEM DISCHARGE ORDINANCE

§ 3. Objectives.

This ordinance is adopted as part of the city stormwater management program in order to prevent certain non-stormwater discharges to, and improper disposal of substances in, the storm sewers system, so as to reduce, to the maximum extent practicable, pollutants that may be present in discharges from the storm sewer system.
