Appendix I. AIRPORT NOISE ATTENUATION AND SAFETY ORDINANCE

§ 11. Severability.

Latest version.

The provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed to be severable, and if any of the provisions hereof are adjudged to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portion of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect and their validity shall remain unimpaired.
