Appendix I. AIRPORT NOISE ATTENUATION AND SAFETY ORDINANCE

§ 13. Administration and enforcement.

This ordinance shall be administered and enforced by the building official and any inspector assigned to the permits and inspections division, who shall exercise all authority of police officers in the performance of their duties. Such authority shall include, without limitation, the authority to issue summonses directing the appearance before a court of competent jurisdiction of any person alleged to have violated any of the provisions of this ordinance.
