§ 22-47. Information to be filed with chief of police.

(a)

Each person who shall engage in the business in the city of providing live nude or partially nude models to be painted, sketched or photographed, whether by appointment or otherwise, shall file with the chief of police his name, age and current residential address and business address, together with all residential addresses for the previous five (5) years. Such person shall also file with the chief of police the name, age, residential address and occupation of each model employed or to be employed in such business.

(b)

Any person who shall fail or refuse to file with the chief of police the information required by subsection (a) above shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
