Chapter 35.3. NEIGHBORHOOD DREDGING SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICTS

§ 35.3-14. Creation of the Schilling Point Area Dredging Special Services District.

(a)

There is hereby created the Schilling Point Area Dredging Special Service District for the purposes set forth in this chapter and those set forth in Code of Virginia, § 15.2-2403.

(b)

The boundaries of the Schilling Point Area Dredging Special Service District shall be described in detail by the map attached to Ordinance No. 3595.

(c)

The Schilling Point Area Dredging Special Service District shall dissolve on July 1, 2035, if not sooner.
