§ 4.7. Condominium development.

Any dedicated public street developed in conjunction with a condominium project adjacent to or within the condominium project but not as part of it shall comply with the requirements set forth in this ordinance as to design standards. This section shall not be construed as requiring the dedication of a public street within a condominium project.
