§ 9.1. Appeals from decisions of administrative officers.

Where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an administrative officer in the administration or enforcement of this ordinance, the owner or subdivider or agent therefor may appeal to the circuit court of the city as prescribed by law. In the case of design standards and general procedural matters, the appeal shall be to the city council.
